Looking at the recommended teas and the links, I'm not sure which one I would like the most. If I want a smooth tasting, not grassy, a little sweet one, which one would you recommend?
Also, do I have to use the cup and the whisk you've mentioned to make the matcha or can I use other tools (such as a wooden spoon) that I already have?
I would recommend the Ippodo tea - Seiun variation! Any bowl is able to be used but I would highly recommend investing in a matcha whisk they aerate the matcha and create an amazing aroma that is not replicated by other objects!
queen of matcha fr ;)

Thank you so much. I will do that.
you’re awesome, so informative, so fun to read!!
